A reluctant endorsement
A decree has gone out that all web pages must link to this candidacy, "under penalty of being forced to listen to the acoustic ruminations of Michael Bolton for 45 minutes."Although General Zod's tribute requirements, threats of beheadings, and dogged pursuit of Superman trouble me, I like the fact that he'll end the war and provide universal health coverage. And in exchange for my vote, he'll allow me to live!

Well, if the Indians win today and the Red Sox lose there will be a one-game playoff for the right to go to the post-season. Don't think we've done that since '54. I still can't find it in myself to say "Go Yankees".
Well, perhaps I could think of someplace for them to go, but that's a bit nasty even for them.
