I think my current favorite (next to Doonesbury) is Get Fuzzy. Bucky is exactly the kind of antisocial, narcissistic personality that my cat would have if she were anthropomorphic.

Kathy, think of Get Fuzzy as a darker version of Garfield. Here's a good recent one.
