To be continued

Sorry I've left off my RWA retelling, but I promise I'll get back to it Sunday. A couple of short-deadline work-related things came up in the last two days, and tomorrow I've promised my book that I'll spend the whole day with it. If I'm not careful, it'll act like it doesn't know me.

OY! Don't insult, reject or otherwise ignore the muse! If she leaves(or as in my muse a he) it makes writing a whole lot tougher!

My muse showed up in the form of a flock (technically, a murder) of crows in my backyard this morning.

I had an idea for a novella where someone falls in love with their muse. It's not a romance, because the muse is actually Lucifer, way before he knew what love was about. It's all about how love can really hurt us, but that pain gives us the power to create something beautiful.

It's a story about the blues.
