"Ease,"

That's why I prefer to swim. You get a great workout, but thankfully, it is easy on the joints.

Yeah, but I hate getting wet. Having long, crazy hair does that to you. Such a production.

Oh, and swimming involves leaving the house. Definitely a negative in my book. I want something I can do in my living room so that exercise can make the shallowest possible speed bump in my daily life.

But good for you, with the swimming!

*LAUGH* Poor Jeri! *laugh* That was a very funny post! :)

And now you know why they were named after the guy that killed Jesus.

Rob, I think that wins "Comment of the Month."

You think leaving the HOUSE is bad? I don't even leave my BED. "Yoga In Bed" DVD, baby, that's all I'm saying.

Have you seen the "Yoga in Bed" DVD, Gabrielle (welcome to the blog, BTW!)? I saw it on Amazon the other day and was sorely tempted.

Another note about the Ease into Pilates DVD. The trainer is named Katrina, so the company that puts out the videos is called "Katrina Fitness". I definitely felt rocked by a hurricane after my first day.

Chris came up with a slogan, combining the Katrina/Pontius Pilate motifs:

"Storm your way into cruci-fitness!"

LOL

I know how you feel.

Ow. Now I hurt.

Ow...

I keep coming back to read this entry because it makes me laugh so much. :)
