The Music of SHADE

Music is such an important part of the Shade trilogy, it seemed like a no-brainer that I should create a soundtrack to complete the reading experience. As with my WVMP playlists, most of the songs or bands below are mentioned in the novel. I've also added a few extra tunes that matched certain scenes or characters.

If you enjoy these artists, please consider purchasing their music so they can continue to thrive and create more amazing music.  The full playlists are available for purchase on iTunes, where you can also buy individual songs off the list. I receive no money for the music you buy, only the satisfaction of spreading the word about some of my favorite bands!

Here's a list of the songs, plus a Playlist.com player so you can listen to the soundtrack for free as long as you're online and keep this window open in your browser.

Logan Keeleys' St. Patrick's Day Mix

Logan Keeley, Aura's boyfriend in Shade, is the frontman for an Irish-flavored punk/rock band called the Keeley Brothers. Here's a sampler of some of his favorite Irish folk, rock, punk, and mixtures of the three. (Note: since I--I mean, Logan, created this in March 2010, playlist.com has removed some of the songs. We plan to update it soon!)
